The intention is to bring a sculptural presence to projects that deal with storm water drainage,

water harvesting, and urban stream restoration.  These designed systems would have an

environmental engineering rigor but also seek to give expressive form to  ecologically sound 

methods of handling water.  The result would be a visual celebration of the site's hydrological 

design  interventions and the native hydrological patterns.
