Basin, Granite, Slate, Water.  1989

A crisp cone was cut into the top of this granite boulder gathered from a stream 

above the site.  The water stays brimful and slips down the side of the piece to   

water the surrounding plant material because it has integrated into the drip         

irrigation system.
